What does our community think of SUMMIT?

There's tons of online programs out there.What makes SUMMIT different?

Most simply, we designed SUMMIT so that we could share the passion and expertise that we bring to in-person kinesiology training with a larger community. Having a plan is key to getting results, and you can trust that SUMMIT is designed using evidence-based, progressive strength programming. Leave the planning to the experts and take the thought out of training!

As we know from years of kinesiology practice, consistency is necessary to achieve strength goals. In order to remain consistent, however, there must be some flexibility in training! SUMMIT is flexible as it explores different exercise variations to suit all levels and equipment, and prioritizes education and guided exercise technique through instructive videos. At the end of each cycle, it encourages you to push past your comfort zone with safe and progressive end-of-program testing. When the training is smart, your body feels good, and the results follow!

SUMMIT is best suited for individuals who want to build strength and athletic performance.

It's right for you if:

  • Your progress has plateaued or you're lacking consistency
  • You want to move better and get stronger
  • You're injury-free and want to stay that way!
  • You have access to weights (ie. barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells) and resistance bands

It's also for you if:

  • You want to improve your bone density
  • You want to lift more weight, safely
  • You have some experience with resistance training

The Program

Every cycle of SUMMIT includes 3 specific training phases, each 2 weeks in length. While the exercises remain consistent through the 6-week cycle, you'll see the focus shift in each phase.

The phases:

  1. Basecamp - Education
    • Learn the cycle's new exercises and build movement competency by the end of the second week.
  2. The Grind - Build Strength
    • Train with more volume and lift heavier weights.
  3. The Peak - Find Your Max Potential
    • Check your progress over the cycle with optional strength or endurance testing.
