1. Basecamp (weeks 1-2): Building foundation
2. The Grind (weeks 3-4): Increasing intensity
3. The Peak (weeks 5-6): Maximizing performance - 3 workouts per week, adaptable to home or gym settings
- Follow Along Recovery/Mobility Session
- Dynamic Warm-up for Running
- Exercise variations for different experience levels and equipment
