Monday Run Club
Join the Kinected Strength Run Club for a community training session on Monday evenings.
Location (typically): Fen Burdett Track
This free session is a great addition to your resistance training or long slow runs.
We use the track to focus on interval training (alternating between running and walking). The recovery from walking allows us to train at a faster pace than you would typically run, allowing for greater results in less volume.
We typically send out the program by Monday afternoon so everyone has an opportunity to review it.
